Hey, this is my first time attempting to build a PC and I've been doing "research" on what parts to get, how to build, etc, but I still have some questions about PC builds and if my build is stable.

CPU: G3258 (will probably overclock to 3.5Ghz)
GPU: R7 250 [or] R7 260
RAM: 8GB [or] 4GB
PSU: Corsair 430W 80+ bronze
Case: From garage sale
USB wifi adapter (can't user ethernet because the wire is all the way on the other side of the house)
Motherboard: No friggin idea.

I've heard that cheap boards can't overclock and I'm find with it, all I want from the motherboard is barebone, one GPU, CPU, two RAM sticks and thats pretty much it. cheap cheap cheap, I'm on a really tight budget.

I would also appreciate it if you guys can recommend a cheap *widescreen* monitor. It can be as small as 16" and the biggest I can fit on my small desk (which was intended to be used as a place for homework and studys) is about 18".

Thats pretty much it, thanks!

I would try and find a monitor at a garage sale while you are looking for a case, But here is a decent cheap build.
