chances are youve got alot of junk on it. heres what iu use to clear out pc's
run an anti virus scan (i personally use microsoft security essentials, its free and does the job for me)
run ccleaner. it will clear out alot of junk on your computer and fix the registry.
click windows icon -> control panel -> uninstall a program. uninstall all the programs you dont want or recognise.
click the windows icon. type in msconfig, click startup and then untick everything you dont want.
download adwcleaner and run it after the scan and clear restart the pc.

after you do all this your pc should be as good as new

This is most likely due to the software you have installed. If you have a lot of files in your laptop, this can slow down the cpu. Also you may have a slow hard drive. This makes a huge difference to the speeds of program startup.

First as I always say to everyone, uninstall any programs you don't need.
Then go to your d drive and backup any data you no longer use. Then delete it of your hdd.
Then download clean master and run it. This will clean and registry junk and some other stuff too.

Try these out and let me know if it makes any difference.
