I am getting the EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0+ for cheaper than Zotac GTX 970 but there are no EVGA service centres in my country.However I have heard the EVGA card quality is much higher than the Zotac and its fan doesnt spin till the card temp reaches 60 and its also overclocked by default.Which one should I get?

the zotac version is generally for a more budget oriented buyer, one that is really stretching his budget to get a 970. the EVGA one is higher quality, and you should get it.
