Ramdom read/write seems too low. Its my 1st SDD and I have no idea if everything is ok.
Im using the drive as OS drive, setup is ok(sata 6Gb, bios updates, AHCI, drivers...everything good), Here the results:

well, personally I see too much diference between your results. Also mine is 850 which must be even faster, so maybe something is wrong?. I see you have 4% used only while mine is 52% and running windows. Not sure if this is the problem but when I searched in google, pretty much every result i found was better.

On my drive, it is a secondary disk (non-OS), but with about 99GB used space (about 47%). Not 4%.

ah ok, now I see.
Well the fact is that the IOPS read/write of my 850 is very low as I already checked over google.

m5a97 evo r2.0 (port 1 6Gb, last bios, last sata drivers (windows drivers = same results)
fx 8370
8GB

UPDATE: Installed the last AMD AHCI driver (Included in omega driver pack for chipsets). Now the iops read is 60.000 and write 52000 (samsung magician). For sure this help, I did many test before and after. Still low but well, good news.
Also I have Asmedia 106x drivers installed, but those drivers dont help to improve, same results using windows drivers. So I think Im done, dont know what more can I do, my guess is that slow performance is thanks to AMD (one more time)
