I am going to build custom PC.These are the components :

PSU:GoldenField ATX-600W
AMD Athlon II X4 860K 3.7GHz FM2+ :??:
RAM:8Gb 1866MHz (single-channel)
HDD: 1TB 7200RPM - 6Gb/s -SATA3
GPU:Sapphire Radeon R7 240 1GB 128bit GDDR5 PCI-E 11216-01-20G, MSI Radeon R7 250 1GB t GDDR5 or R7 260X 2GB GDDR5
Motherboard:ASRock FM2A88X-PRO3+
entire PC cost : ~ $325.93
My budget is 325~350$

My Questions are:
#1 Can i play games like BF3 or COD Ghosts with 35-50+ FPS at least on Medium settings? :gun:
#2 Will i have any bottlenecks or problems ?
#3 Can i change something for more fps ?
#4 For what i have to look ,when i choose GPU ???
Please tell me as fast as possible ,before i buy it :ange:

You will run the games with those frames at a low resolution and lowest settings. Even then In big multiplayer maps the CPU will struggle with many players. The 240 is a really weak card, i would not get that under any circumstances.

As for bottlenecks? No, both CPU and GPU are rather low grade. The 860k is a lot better though and should be paired with a better GPU.

Hope this helps.

Honestly, I'd save a bit more. $350 in the US doesn't go very far and parts tend to be more expensive in eastern Europe. It's hard for me to recommend someone putting their hard-earned cash into a gaming rig with anything below an R7 250 or without a reputable power supply.

I don't see too many "bottleneck" type scenarios with that hardware. The Athlon 760K is basically an A8-6600K with the iGPU Disabled. I know you said Athlon 860K , not a big difference if any in CPU architecture. (Not APU though)
Intel i3 4150 or 4330 , 4350 ,.. ect. and a H81 or B85 Chipset Motherboard is a good place to start for a whole new build that wont be to expensive. ie MSI B85M-P33 is about 70 USD. not sure what it is overseas. What do you think of switching out your motherboard?

I prefer AMD processors. I know that most of Intel processors are better but they are very expensive . The price of dual-core Intel is above the price of quad core processor of AMD :( and the next-gen games will require quad-core processors.

Is GT730 2gb gddr5 better than r7 240 or r7 250 and will i have bottleneck with GT730 .
FOR WHAT I HAVE TO LOOK WHEN I CHOOSE GRAPHIC CARD ??? :??:
for the bandwidth or??? Because the bandwidths of r7 240 and r7 250 are similar
But you say that r7 250 is better . SO WHY ???
