I'm trying to build my first gaming PC and I need help and advice to buy very cheap parts but that are still amazing enough to run medium or high setting and thats upgradable later on. Looking to buy piece by piece over time what to start with and what can be left for last.

Solution
Aaron, before anyone can provide an accurate build, there are a couple questions we need to be answered.

First, what is your budget? What is included in the budget?

I'm going to go ahead and make a point. Cheap builds and high settings typically don't work.

Very cheap is usually 200-300

It depends. If you can get most of your stuff from ebay (Core 2 Duo E6850, GTX 660, some 250gb hdd, decent used EarthWatts PSU, some Dell Mobo, 4gb of ddr2) then you might be able to get to high settings @ 720p.
