I was using the windows defender but i saw after some days some browsing issues and lags and i installed malwarebyters and avast and it found many stuff.And i think that i will use antivirus(free version) and malwarebytes.Do i need anything else for system protection like spyware or smth those 2 are good enough?

those two are more than enough, if you use lot of pendrives try installing a small software called usb disk security, its very good
