* Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed.*

Exactly, what is the meaning of this. Experts, I need some help here. Can it support Windows 7 PRO 64-bit as its operating system? Sorry about my question, I am just a beginner. (Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2)

it means that if you have more than 4gb ram and you get win 32 bit, it will show that only <4gb is available.
so, when you chcek your ram in the computer screen, it will show something like RAM: 3.26GB (4GB - video cache - drivers).

when you want to use more than 4GB ram you need either PAE, or win 64 bit.

and yes, newer cpus can support 64 bit os, no need to worry.
