Looking for advice on what to upgrade

Hi,

Having had GTA 5 for a couple days with performance issues (stuttering/low fps). I have decided to come here to seek advice about possible upgrades looking towards The Witcher 3.

My System: i5-4670k 3.4Ghz Stock cooler
GTX 970
6Gig RAM

I have also noticed my cpu temps being a tad high (currently 45C idle) so am thinking about a after market cooler.

Also upgrading my RAM is an option to 8 or 16 gig.

What would you guys upgrade first? Should i be worried about my CPU temps?

Just a wild guess here, but the only issue I can see you *may* be having would be RAM. 6GB of RAM is not a typical amount and it sounds like you have 1x2GB and 1x4GB RAM modules installed. After making sure that you're still experiencing issues with all other programs shut down, then I'd consider a RAM upgrade to 8GB/16GB.
