My Smart TV would not connect to the Internet, and I have changed the DNS to 8 8 8 8 severally as suggested but wouldn't work. May be I am doing something wrong, can someone help with the entire process to make the changes.
Thank you very much Chicken Champ, I would perhaps wait till tomorrow. I hope it works.
Try using DNS 208.67.222.222 Apparently Samsung are experiencing issues with their smart TV's and this is what we now have to use. Setting it up on automatic no longer works

I'm having the same problem right now, and have tried a lot of different stuff over the last few hours. I was on hold for a very long time with Samsung tech support, and they told me they were experiencing an "unusually high volume of calls" right now.... so my guess? Its something to do with a Samsung server right now, and there's probably nothing we can do to fix it on our end.
