And as a baseline for starting, although you should really read and watch the above information very carefully so you can learn to configure and understand the concepts behind overclocking, you can set the multiplier to 20, the voltage I'd start at about 1.3v with and go up or down from there once you learn how and why to do so, and disable turbo core. In Windows, go into the control panel, power options and set it to high performance.
