Need help with a motherboard choice

I am building a new computer and have decided on an i7-2600k processor. My primary applications will be autocad, audio / video remastering, math calculations, and some gaming. I've been leaning toward one of the following 2 processors: 1) Asus P8Z77-V LGA 1155 Intel Z77 4xDDR3 , or, 2) ASRock Z75 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0. Can anyone out there offer me a little insight, advice, or suggestions? Thanks.

I looked at it, but it doesn't have an lga1155 socket. The 2 I mentioned earlier have the 1155 socket. I guess what I am more concerned about is whether this is the best chipset I can pair with this processor. I do want to stay with a full atx form factor; I'll be using an antec 1200 v3 full tower.

ok, Lets say we change the parameters a little. If I were to use a gulftown processor instead of the more efficient sandy bridge, say an i7-980x, lga 1366, what would be your choice of motherboard? You know, I really appreciate the time and expertise you're giving me. I doubt if I could build something as good without your help. I build bridges, not computers for a living.
