I have a laptop to which a boot file corrupted(windows 7). I have pulled the hard drive out, connected it to a BLACX thermaltake USB docking station and am able to access the initial folders via a desktop(windows 8). When I enter the users folder, it has my administrator account labeled with my name, but when I attempt to access it, it simply acts as if it's loading in the command bar via a progressive green light.. But never opens.. I am sure this is because I have not properly provided credentials..?? I know my windows password to my laptops hard drive, but how on earth do I verify that so that I can access the files under my username..
