Will i be able to overclock my FX-8320 to 4.0 ghz on my motherboad

My motherboard is the Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P. CPU cooler is the 212 evo. Obviously im not looking for a intense overclock but i want to give it a boost to 3.5->4.0. Would it be possible with my current setup.

No one can guarantee you any overclock. Your CPU is built to withstand the stock configuration, with anything over that it's mostly a matter of luck. As for the mobo, it looks good enough. But still your CPU may or may not be able to be overclocked, and that's just up to the CPU.
