After startup, any icon I click brings up the message, "Are you sure you want to move this file (folder) to the recycle bin?" Even after reformatting the same message appears. After a fresh install of Windows 7, same message. The message pane opens over 50 times which makes the computer freeze for a minute. Very strange!

Maybe I'm suggesting an obvious answer, but try a different keyboard. If you don't have one, then disconnect the keyboard and use the on-screen keyboard to check if the issue still persists. I think the Del key is pressed by default(maybe) Let me know.
