Hi There. I Want To Discuss That My Driver San Francisco Works Very Well For First 10 Minutes. But After It, It Runs Very Slow. What I Do ?

My PC Specs :

Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33 GHz
2GB RAM DDR2
GeForce 310 512 MB

You need to upgrade your computer. All components are too weak for that game.
EDIT
I checked requirements, and you should actually able to run it. But I remember playing this game on much stronger build and it had very low fps especially in police chase, traffic etc. Try game on lower settings if you already haven't.
