Hey guys, I've just got a new MSI GTX770 today from RMA (the old one broken and got replaced). There are two DVI ports (DVI-I DVI-D). But the DVI-I port doesn't seem to pass signal to the monitor.

I ran dual monitors on the old graphics card both through DVI cables and never had problems. With the new card, only one of the monitor works. I tried to swap the cables but no luck, only the one connected to DVI-D can be detected. In NVIDIA control panel, I can only see one monitor, whichever is connected to DVI-D can be detected and works.

I've also tried to connect only one monitor to the card, DVI-D port has no problems, works on both monitor. With the DVI-I port, I was able to see the boot screen and windows 8 logo both with very low resolution, then it went black screen and says "no DVI signal"

I don't have HDMI and Display cables so didn't try other ports. Other than that I don't see any other problems with this graphics card, I've tried games and benchmark tests through the DVI-D port, all good.

I've also:
1. Unplug the 8-pin pcie cables and plug them back in.
2. Remove graphics card and put it back in.
3. Tried with other computers to make sure both monitor work.

What could be causing the problem? A broken DVI port? Anyone had similar problems please help!
