Plain and simple -- you can't do either.
Their is no way to input a video signal into a laptop screen from a desktop PC, and no way to connect a laptop keyboard to a PC.
At least not without a good knowledge of computer circuitry and a few wires trailing between laptop & PC.
It won't look pretty that's for sure.

You can buy a lcd control board on ebay for around £25. This allows you to input hdmi and vga,
When you order you tell them the model number of your screen and they flash it on to the control board. I dont' know about the keyboard though.
