Hey guys, I have a legit version of GTA V on social club. I can play single player for as long as I want , but about 15-20 mins into playing gta online , my game always crashes .
This is the error that I get - http://prntscr.com/6w0dkd
Now I know one way is to open the settings.xml or whatever and change the value from 1 to 0 in this line - <DX_Version value="1" />
But that makes the game run in DX10 mode. Isn't there anyway I can play GTA online in DX11 mode ? Just to make sure, I never get this error in single player, only in gta online.

Intel i5 3470 @ 3.2 GHz , Zotac Nvidia GTX 960 AMP edition ( 2 GB ) , 8GB DDR3 RAM, Gigabyte
H61M , Nothing too fancy at all. This is perfectly capable of GTA V. I run the game at almost all settings very high which puts my memory usage to 2497 MB / 2047 MB ( I have kept Ignore suggested limits - on ). But this has never shown any problem in single player. I even turned down my settings , where the memory usage was now 1596 MB / 2047 Mb but I still get the error on gta online. I have a 15 mbps connection , so I don't think that's the problem.

Also re-installing gta v is the last thing I want to do as it is just a pain in the ass ( with the 5GB update an all ) :p

Actually reinstalling the game is the first step. Everything else would be affecting everything else not just this game (reinstalling drivers, reinstalling windows, replacing hardware, etc.). Your pointing to /only/ one problem with the game and the usual suspects are
1) software didn't install correctly
2) you got this off a torrent (pirated) copy
