Can the EVGA Supernova B1 750w handle an over clocked gtx 970?

I plan on getting an EVGA Supernova 750w b1 for my i7 3770 and Gtx 970 over clocked system. I can't get the B2 because it wouldn't fit in my system. I'm upgrading my Dell XPS 8500, and it can't handle the standard 180mm depth of most ATX power supplies. I was wondering if the b1 was a bad power supply, if not can it handle an overclocked GTX 970

550 Watts will run that PC with some power to spare.
The B1 series are really low quality and not something I would even consider using.

You'd be better off with a higher quality 550w unit. The system doesn't support SLI so 750w is pointless, and the B1 isn't very good.

Would the 550w be able to handle overclocking on the GTX 970? Or should I strive for maybe a 650w and I'm pretty sure that 550w will fit it seems less than 6.5" in depth.

Yes it will handle your 300 Watt PC.
