I see a lot of benchmarks and user feedbacks stating that SINGLE GTX 680's can get a consistent 40 FPS on High Settings. Yet my dual 760's get an average of 20-30 FPS. I've tried running chkdsk to see if it's my HDD, I've tried putting settings on low, I've tried optimizing and nothing seems to work. Can it be an OS Software issue? would reformatting help at all?
I've ran memory checks to see if my RAM sticks are good, they checked out fine.. my HDD seems to be fine. And my GPU's are working perfect on other games as well. Any suggestions?
