Liiking for a good mobo for my 8350 black edition.
Should have all of the following:
8pin ATX 12v connection or more.
Quad SLI compatible
6GB/s SATA ports
Durable and heat resistant.

Solution

This is a top of the line AM3+ motherboard board from Gigabyte with 8+2 phase VRM, designed specifically for AMD's high-TDP CPUs like the 8350. So you should be...

Both supports Quad SLI and are good. Choose the brand you prefer:

Asus Sabertooth 990FX/GEN3 R2.0

Dont think the Sabertooth supports 4 way sli, not with dual height gfx cards anyway, the Gigabyte looks good but how is it for OC? i have a Gigabyte board now and i cant OC by 100Mhz (from 4000 to 4100) without the system becoming unstable.

The Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3, UD5 and UD7 would all be good. The UD3 Rev 4.0 or later is a great 990FX budget board.

Bear in mind, Quad SLI/Crossfire leaves almost NO SPACE between cards. Airflow and heat will be an issue.

I'd highly recommend a dual R9 295x2 setup instead.

Both are water cooled and this will still give the power of 4 GPUs on 2 cards. But you will need a high quality 1000w PSU to do it. They draw a LOT of power.

This is a top of the line AM3+ motherboard board from Gigabyte with 8+2 phase VRM, designed specifically for AMD's high-TDP CPUs like the 8350. So you should be able overclock 8350 to at least 4.5GHz with right CPU cooler.

People from "Hightech Legion" used this setup:

Processor: AMD FX-8350
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7 (F10e BETA BIOS)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 412 PWM
Memory: 2x4GB Corsair Dominator 1600MHz Dual Channel DDR3
Video Card: AMD HD6990 (Catalyst 12.9)
Storage: Corsair Force GT 180GB
USB 3.0 flash drive: Patriot Supersonic XT 32GB USB drive
Power Supply: Enermax Platimax 1000W PSU
Router: Linksys E3200 Router
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

And they were able to push FX 8350 to 5.1GHz. That's pretty impressive.

Admirable
That's a pretty awesome board. Even so, with quad SLI you're looking at practically no cooling for the top three cards due to airflow between them. You'd be much better off using a custom loop water cooling system between the 4 cards or just getting two 295X2 cards, would be easier to manage.
