I'm thinking to buy this PC, so do you think is a good choice and if not, what suggestions do you have?

This is its configuration:

Technical Specifications : Dell OptiPlex 960
Manufacturer: DELL
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad ( Q9650 ) 3.0 GHz
Memory: 4 GB ( DD -RAM 2)
Hard Disk : 160 GB SATA
Video Card : Intel GMA 4500
Optical Drive : DVD
Condition: SH

Solution
Buy one without any GPU and add the right GTX 750ti yourself. That will give you a decent lower mid-range gaming machine. The PSU on that machine will handle a frugal GPU like the GTX 750ti. With only 4Gb of memory, you will have to be disciplined about the number of processes and windows running. I would want to buy, or upgrade to 8Gb.
