I can't unlock my steam account! Steam support won't reply to me!

Someone was logging into my account from a different computer so I changed my password twice and locked my Steam account to make sure he/she would stop, so far, there has been nothing. I created a help desk account and sent them an email, with a verification for purchase so they could unlock my Steam account. I sent them the request on April 5th, so far I have gotten nothing back (today is April 20), I just crated a new help account and sent them the same thing, so far that also has had no reply for 3-4 days. Is there anything I can do? Or will I have to wait and let time tell?

Im not sure what you can do other than wait, steam support is TERRIBLE as much as i love steam their customer support makes me hate them. Why on earth dont they have a phone number you can call, valve makes obscene amounts of money the least they can do is offer a decent customer support system. I would just keep sending them tickets until they reply.

Every new ticket you send them or new account you create just puts you further back in the line.

If you can try updating your old tickets, make sure your contact info is correct, ect.

Typical Steam Support. They won't even return my 170 USD CS:GO Knife that was lost from my account by unknown reasons.

Unfortunately the only way to solve this problem is by Steam Support, despite their service is terrible.

7 months since I lost my knife, and I'm still fighting in Steam Support *sigh*...
