Some files on my computer has disappeared and it is really weird.
I record audio files on my computer and use them in youtube videos, i recorded some the other day and everything seemed fine, then today when i was going to use it in an editing software some of the files were gone. I saved them in my documents folder(win8) and they are nowhere to be found, i remember the file names but they are simply not there. Now, heres the weird part: if i rename another sound file to the name of the "Lost File" i get a message telling me"do you want to change the filename to filename(2). Implying that the original file does indeed exist in the folder somewhere as i never reuse filenames..Help!!!
