There should be no bottleneck in 95% of situations there, its quite a balanced system.
If anything I would say the CPU would be the first to cause a bottleneck, if both CPU and GPU requirements were equal and linear, however this is never the case, so you should do well. A newer CPU may be able to squeeze a little more FPS out of the card, but not a huge amount.
