Should be fine. You'll need to set the memory profile once you install the RAM. They'll probably default to a lower speed until you do so. That memory is actually on the QVL (Qualified vendor list) for your motherboard on Kaveri (CPU) qualifications.

thank you i just ordered it before i asked the question now i feel really good my set up is going to be good for a while i also ordered a few days ago a samsung 850 evo ssd 3d v-nand which i am very pleased to have researched before i bought it every single part was under 100 dollars!
so i think i might have hit a jackpot with these deals.thanks again.
