how to flash BIOS on a m5a 99 FX pro R 2.0

I have failed OC. It ran just fine for day or so,then started to do drive scans as though my HD had become corruptedthe scans seem to a fix things and it ran great play games and everything shutdown started up fine started off a little slow though what starts slow though slow then when I try to start it up this morning it wouldn't post lock screen the works nothing I tried clearing CMOS didn't work I thought maybe I need to flash my bios so I've downloaded those but I don't know how to flash could someone run me through the paces here are my system specs.you gonna have to excuse me but I'm doing this from my phone thanks in advance.M5A99FX PRO R 2.0,FX 6300 BLK. 32GZ.critical ballistics sport ram,Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, to sapphire r7 260 X OC, 5 case fan, 2 SSDs 1@ 120, 1@ 240, and 3 HDDs, and a very BS Sentey PSU I already know that has to go like yesterday this is my very first build.I kinda went overboard help please.I believe my PSU is where I got screwed on the overclock what do y'all think

bios rename.
copy the bios renamer into the unzip bios folder and run. it shorted the bios.cap name. copy this shortened named file to the root of a usb stick. the usb flashback port is the bottom usb 2.0 port under the ethernet port.
put the usb stick in..have the power turned off on the pc. press and hold the usb flashback button for a few seconds if the file is names right it blink for a few min then turn off.
