Is Corsair VS 450 enough for my system with Sapphire HD 7950 3gb DDR5?

I want to upgrade to a HD 7950 from igpu. The graphics card is cheaper than the other sellers so I decided to choose this. Am I gonna buy it?

Gigabyte F2-A88XM-HD3
Kingston 8gb 1866mhz (2x4gb) ram
1 - 500gb Hitachi hdd
Aerocool VS-3 Casing with 2 case fans
Corsair VS 450 (Orange label)

Everything is at stock settings (no overclock). Will do 1080p gaming from 720p gaming like BF3, BF4, GTA V...

should work... but do get a better psu in the near future.

With that card you are looking at about 400 watts, Under full load however it could be much higher, I would recommend going with a 550W power supply. 80+ The list below has tiers of them, tier 2 would be fine and should offer many good choices. That will give you reliability and leave some room to grow.

No, your PSU is not quite enough. Also that GPU will be bottlenecked, by your A8 6600k. It won't hurt anything, but the graphics card will not run at its full potential.

Oh, so I would go down to R7-260X or R9-270?

You could, or you could go with the card you wanted, upgrade that PSU and then down the road you can upgrade the CPU

there are as many options as you have time/money/patience for.
