Specify any Graphics Cards for Streaming?

I want to purchase the 970 but it seems to have problems with the last .5 GB and i dont know how this will affect someone whom has multiple monitors and programs open all at once, hence it being my question. I want to know which GFX card suits my needs, i really like the 970 for some reason and i'm keeping up to date with the lawsuit filed against NVIDIA for the whole (false advertisement) thin. Would you guys recommend an R9 270x ? 960 ? 290x? or should i stick with the 970 because you guys think ill never completely use the GB it has? Thanks in Advance!

its really all speculation at this point. best guess is it wouldn't get you the 390X, but probably would get you the 380X. Whether the 380X is a rebranded or refreshed 290X, or a whole new card is also speculation.
