As for the GPU I'm not sure yet but I thinking about 2x AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB in Crossfire

I just wanted to know if this system will handle most/all games released recently (I know it wont handle GTA V at 60 fps, 4k on ultra ). If you have opinions or suggestions for better parts. If the CPU will bottleneck the GPU (although I plan on overclocking the cpu). In general, what do u guys think about it? Do I need anything else (except proper cooling and an ODD)?

I would recommend 2x GTX 970's over the 290's any day. They are still good cards though. As for bottlenecking, you will have none at all. You should be able to play most games mixed high settings at 4K with that build.

This is a high-end rig w/ high quality parts Sir! If you plan to do some video encoding then faster RAM will really help. This kit will even help with your colour scheme :D

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)- DDR3 2133 - Timing 9-11-11 - Cas Latency 9 - Voltage 1.6V.

I heard the 290X needs more power and produces more heat. And my motherboard comes with SLI bridges so thats a plus. But I would need an nvidia supported monitor to use G-Sync, that doesnt happen with Freesync. They also say that the 290X performs better at higher resolutions (+1080p). Its hard to choose :??:

I live in Mozambique, and I'm getting my parts from South Africa (Johannesburg) at a store called Rebel Tech. I initially chose Ripjaws but they didnt have it, Vengeance Pro was they best they had... (they're not bad, they're just as good as Ripjaws). Naah I don't plan on doing some video encoding anytime soon (I'll just slap in + 2x8GB if needed).

Is the stock CPU cooler not good enough to use until I overclock?

I thought about the 290X 8GB version, but they are little past of what I expect to spend on GPU's.

Titan's aren't available here (and if they are, expect to pay a hell of a lot more of what they're worth). 760w PSU isnt enough I will Crossfire/SLI in the future, and I need expansion slots soo micro atx isnt the way to go for me. The cooler master extreme fusion X1 was the best I could find here. Im getting the mx200 why downgrade to the mx100?

I live in the Amazon Forest so i know that sometimes we have a hard time to find good parts. Still you are buying a high-end ASRock Z97 EXTREME9 so you should try to find a good 2133-2400 kit, This really helps w/ performance overall.
And usually worth the 10% price increase.

Stock CPU cooler is good enough for stock operation.
I live in a very hot place so i always go w/ a CM EVO at least though.
But this is just me being a little paranoic :D

Soon new gen gpu will be launch and prices will drop everywhere.

Everywhere but here i mean :p

The z97 chipset only supports up to 1600 MHz but I can just overclock the RAM (2800 is as far as I will go). My country is kinda hot, average temps are 23-30 Celsius (30-35 in the summer), so I think I'll definitely need an aftermarket cpu cooler, just to be safe... these parts aren't cheap u know... :)

I'll just take advantage of the R9 200 series price drop after the 300 series are released... the 300 series wont be cheap here, not for a year or so...

AsRock claims its tier 1 motherboard Z97 Extreme9 could reach DDR3 3200!
But I think that a good 2x4GB 2400 kit would be the sweet spot right now.
A CM EVO is so common worldwide that you should find it at good price locally. By the way its a really good cpu cooler.
Good luck w/ your gpu hunt :D

I know it can, I just dont want to push the RAM too much... just to avoid overheating issues. 8GB isnt enough, for me at least, I'm just future proofing. Thanks, I'll definitely check it out! I'm still in doubt between the GTX 970 and the R9 290X.
