The only real difference is the micro-ATX vs ATX and the resulting lack of slots (2 PCI).
Which, in your current build, you don't use.
And there's 5.1 vs 7.1 on-board audio

Unless you're planning to expand later or you have a 7.1 audio setup there's not much the pro4 offers over the anniversary.
