This build will perform very well and you can upgrade later to faster cpu in the future. The amd fx series is very much dead and most games hardly use more than 4 cpu cores.

Well between those two, the 4gb is better.

But I highly reccommend loocking into the r9 280/280x r9 290/290x, and maybe even gtx 970 if it fits in your budget. All these cards perform better than gtx 960.

a r9 280 performs on par with tx 960 2gb, but will pull ahead most times.
