Want to install a new graphics card, but which one?

Okay, so there's a broad range of graphics cards out there to choose from but I'd like to know the most inexpensive upgrade for my system. I am willing to be patient and save a bit more but my budget right now because I moved is about $50-$70. What's a better graphics card for my system? If you spend about $20 more you can get a r7 260x which would be a big upgrade, from what you have now but for 50-70 dollars, your not going to see a big difference.
