Bluescreen after switched vcore.

Hey overclocked my i5 4670k ith corsair h80i today to 3.9 ghz as I didnt wanna go further as first time. Tried itb not prime95 worked fine very high. Then after done playing some games for couple of hours i tried prime95 4 workes. blueescreen. Itb very high. Bluescreen I just turned up vcore to see if it helps or not. Thx in advance please comment id you want other specs.

Had my vcore at 1.125 started crashing then I put it at 1.150 to test went lower to 1.135 worked fine then crash after gaming furing prime95 and itb itb with same settings. Put the vcore at 1.150 and ring vcore1 1.125 vcore frequency 100mhz lower than cpu

First of all, What version of Prime95 are you using?

Prime95 version 26.6 is what you want for haswell CPU's. Otherwise use another stress test program, such as Intel XTU, AIDA 64, or ASUS Realbench.

It completed an itb very high test. Then went onto prime95 and blueesvreen. Using version v28.5

As i said. Prime95 version 26.6 is what your are going to want if you plan to use Prime95 for stress test. Otherwise use one of the programs i have listed above.
