My computer won't turn on and I'm trying to narrow down why. Could it be my CPU?

A few days ago while I was playing GTA 5, and had been for an hour or so, my desktop spontaneously shut off. I tried to turn it back on but it didn't seem to work at all, so I tried to diagnose the issue.

I noticed the lights on the motherboard and water cooling were still on, so at the very least they should be working. By extension, since they're working the power supply should be as well. To me that leaves only the RAM and the CPU, considering it doesn't seem like the hard drives would be causing the problem considering the computer should still boot up.

Please give me any suggestions you have to offer, and if necessary I can list the parts in my build. Thanks in advance.

Could the power supply be having problems even if it's supplying power to other parts? Also, how could I test the power supply more extensively?

Thanks, tried this but they all seem to be functioning just fine. I'm looking to find any other possible solutions but I'm not currently seeing any.

Yeah it's not looking like it's the RAM, I do have multiple sticks and tried what you suggested but it didn't work unfortunately.
