AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz VS AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor 2.5GHz

Dear Users,
If you have looked at the minimum specs for GTA 5 for PC you may have read that the AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor 2.5GHz, is the minimum for gaming, but I have the AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz. Although mine appears to be better, on many sites, things like Canurunit, say that my cpu is not powerful enough. Do you think this is a mistake, or correct?
As far as I am aware the Phenom is only better in price and overclocking and I intend not to overclock. Opinions?

the athlon II X4s are built on the newer platform from the first gen phenom that the 9850 is, i think the Phenom u have has l3 cache, where the athlon does, not but u should be fine as per the minimum req, i have no idea how it will actually run. Both are overclockable, just that the phenom is an unlocked black edition so its easier.
