i Have a Core2Quad Q6600, 4GB Ram and an 1GB DDR3 HD 6670. Can I run GTA 5?

My Ram is DDR2, but high speed, if i am able to run this, at what settings,
also i am running Windows 8. thank you

The 6670 isn't going to help either. I'm guessing yes. I was in another thread where someone with an A6 APU was running it in the 30s at 720, and your system should be as good or slightly better? But like he was complaining about, expect some slowdowns and low settings throughout.
