Sorry 1st time ever posting to a forum also know nothing about computers except how to put them together
I have been having dificulties with my computer when i plug directly into the router.
Im using a 50 ft ethernet cable to plug into a Belkin n 3000 wifi N router and i get 1.44 mbps d and 0.02 upload speed and i pay for 100mpbs speed but if i plug the same cord into 2 different computers one an i mac and another pc they get around 50mps download speed and around 40 when connected over wifi. Could it be something wrong with my computer and if so how do i fix it, is it some setting which is de- prioritizing my computer from the network.
