Bought a new PSU, still no good. The GPU fans also spin even without the 6+2 pins connected. I could also hear a short low whirring sound when I boot the computer but there is none if the GPU is removed. Could the PCIE slot be dead or my GPU is dead? 
My GPU is a 770 and my mobo is a msi b75-p45ma
