Reduce build price without removing GTX 970?

Hopefully the memory issue.. won't be an issue. I'm on a tight $1000 budget trying to make the price as low and affordable as possible yet still on the sweet spot of the hardware side. Trying to achieve 50+fps in 1440p downscaled to 1080p. Overclocking doesn't seem to be necessary and if anything breaks then there's a risk the warranty may void so I'd rather not do that (I'm not experienced either.)

MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G GDDR5 256Bit
MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard
NZXT Source 340 (S340) Mid tower
Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze
Corsair Vengeance 8GB Dual 1600 CL9 CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9
Samsung 840 Evo Series 120GB Sata
Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB
Intel Core i5-4690K up to 3.90GHz (Quad Core) Haswell Refresh Processor
Corsair H100i Hydro Series CPU Cooler

PS: I'll be some PC-isolated country in June so I cannot wait for the Radeon 300 series. Also I wouldn't want my CPU to be bottlenecked but I really wish I could go for AMD. The total price of this build would cost around $1200 in my country but it should normally be almost exactly $1000.

You can get a cheaper CPU and mobo both. ASUS H97-PRO GAMER mobo and a i5-4440. You do not need to get that water cooler if you are not going to OC. That there drops the price some. Also the SSD you can get a 850 evo for roughly the same cost. If you were from America newegg has it on sale $50 off.

You may also be able to shave off some cost by seeing if there is any other DDR3 1600 sticks that are cheaper.

Can you give me an alternate, cheaper mobo? The GPU itself costs $450 in my country if converted. I'm looking for the cheapest case that can fit my parts correctly, because I really don't mind if it doesn't look all badass.

Cooler Master Hyper T4 CPU Cooler
Intel Core i5-4460 up to 3.40GHz (Quad Core) Haswell Refresh Processor
Asus H97 Pro Gamer
Gskill RipjawsX 8GB Dual DDR3 2133 CL9 (F3-2133C9D-8GXL)
Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB
Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze
NZXT Source 340 (S340) Mid tower
MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G GDDR5 256Bit

It costs around $1089 excluding the SSD and Optical Drive. :/
