How do I cool my EVGA GTX GeForce 760 down?

I think this unit is inherently flawed by design, with only one small fan on it, I quite often reach temps of 70°- 80° Celsius when game playing. I have 3 fans on my home-build, and none of the other components have temp pbx's. I looked into getting an ACX cooler from EVGA, but apparently those are only available on new models. Any ideas would help. I installed the EVGA Precision X16 software to ramp up the fan speed, but it just throttles down the GPU when fan speed can't keep the temp down. For some reason, locating GPU coolers seems difficult...
Thanks,

Thanks Smacker_12
I'll definitely look into both those units - I did contact EVGA and they said that while 80+ degrees was 'hot' it was not an extreme temp for that unit; that I should worry when it hits 94-95°. Holy crap! At what temp is thermal meltdown... ;)
Anyway,
Thanks a ton.
