Solution
im not 100% sure but i think you need a motherboard with a lga 1150 socket. i think the lga 1155 sockets are for up to 3rd gen cpus. (like my i7 3770). looking at the ssd reviews.... im not too sure that this is worth the amount. just go with what everyone buys. the samsung one. has a lot of reviews. since you have a pretty new i7 processor, i would get at least a gtx 970 with 4gbs of ram. remember that you always want to spend as much as you can on the graphics card. a i5 will work fine with games if you have a good enough gpu. and are you going to overclock? if not, you can save money by getting a cheaper motherboard and a 40$ cpu cooler. the money you save can go towards your gpu.

As mentioned above, the i7-4790K will not work with the Maximus V Formula motherboard.

Suggest getting a compatible motherboard such as -

this, for example.

Compatible memory (@ 2 x 8 GB and @ 1600 MHz), include -

The Silverstone is considered about an average+ quality PSU. But for this system, a higher quality PSU would be a better choice, such as -
