No Video after running Auto Tune on Asus Board

I ran the Auto Tune feature on my ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0 board, and then the computer restarts and there is no video and the light on my board indicating a VGA problem lights. I have to power off and on cmy computer and get into the boot menu by pressing the boot button on the board and then it says overclocking failed press F1 to enter setup, so i do and restore defaults and then everything is good. I have done this routing 3 times with the same result. The video card is an ASUS R9 290 Direct CU II OC. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Auto Tune is never a good idea, it's better to do your overclocking manually, as Auto Tuners will usually give more voltage than needed and cause issues/more heat.
