I had my eye on the GTX 970 for some time now and I will probably have the intent to buy it by the end of next month.
The question is, how much have nVidia's prices dropped in the past after the radeon's successors have been released?
Currently, the average price for the GTX 970 in Germany (not living there, only shop there) averages @370€ across multiple manufacturers. I'm thinking that unless there is a radical price drop, AMD will carry the ball again with the bang for buck ratio and I might as well end up buying that one...
What do you nVidia guys think? How much have prices dropped in the past in regards to new AMD releases?
