Hi,

Do you plan to change the cpu and overclock? as there are only certain mobos that will work with a fx8350 and overclock and the list becomes even smaller when you use the fx 9370.

http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/CROSSHAIR_V_FORMULAZ/ Very popular board, probobly one of the best you can get.

However with that, socket AM3+ is kind of dead now, the highest FX that you can put in it now is the 9590 and that chip can cook a cow and the last of the FX lineup. I love my 9590 but the 8350 is a awesome upgrade to what you currently have too and would work like a champ on that board. Or you can wait till more is realeased sometime this year, the AMD Zen if I am not mistaken, then re address what board you want. I don't know if that series will be a different socket or not.

Or he can wait :) see what Intel and AMD have coming down the line. that kind of budget for a board will set him up for a gorgeous build when new product lines hit market.

This is what I use, it has treated me well and I have abused it pretty well with some OC a 9590. So it keeps up with what i throw at it, about 120 bucks.

it says 2 PCI e as 16x and 2 PCI e as x4......if i keep 4 amd ati cards together will it work as x16 or x4.....please suggest..

I think they will all work at x8. But why would you put 4 cards together? Besides, two of the slots are fairly close together. In one of them only a single clot card will fit. Most graphics cards nowadays take two slots due to the cooler.
