Best BIOS config on ASRock H97M Pro4 for Gaming

Hi, this is my PC configuration. Can you suggest the best BIOS settings for maximum performance?

ASRock H97M Pro4
Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz (3.3GHz turbo)
Saphire AMD Radeon R9 290 4GB
G.SKILL 1600 8GB (2x4gb)
WD Blue 1TB HDD
Antec TP-750C PSU
ASUS Blu-ray burner

Well an i5 does not have hyper threading so turning it on of off will not matter, the bios most likely wont even give you an option for it. You also have a non-K chip so you cant overclock, just make sure you have the latest bios and then leave everything alone.

For desktops
i3 2 cores with HT giving it 4 threads
i5 4 core with no HT
i7 4 core with HT giving it 8 threads.

laptop cpu's are different and im not even going to try and do those :p

The processor 4440 is a quad core without Hyper Threading technology. Just upgrade your motherboard to the latest BIOS to get the best performance. And you don't have to do anything manually in BIOS settings.
