Help about 945 chipset mobo

My configuration is Intel pentium D processor with DDR2 rqm.Recently my asus p5gc-mx mobo got burnt.But I am finding it hard to find branded 945 chipset mobo.My query is can I use g31 or g41 chipset motherboards instead?Will my processor and ram be supported by g31 or g41 chipset mobo?

You should be able to yes. Double check the CPU support list as I think some boards had issues with some P4Ds. (The 820? drawing a blank.) Considering the age of your machine it's really time you get a new one. A cheap $200-300 laptop is much faster than what you have.
