I've been trying to research what kind of video card I can use to upgrade my Mac Pro (mid 2010). At one point I thought that any card would be compatible even if it didn't perform at its highest rating.
After studying the information from everymac.com and owc.com, it appears that there are very few certified video cards available and those expensive.
Is there some way to get the new video cards like the Radeon R9 series to work on my Mac Pro (mid 2010).
