is it better to have battlefield 4 spread across 3 displays or on 1 big display in terms of looks and performance?

Hard to say, I'm sure personal preference plays a large role in this. For my self I would rather have one 34" 3440X1440 monitor instead of three 1080p monitors. Some might want one large 4k monitor, and the number of pixels will correlate with performance.

This is really a subjective question. 3 1080p monitors is more pixels over 6 million. 1440p is just under 4million pixels.
So one 1440p is easier to power, that is objective.
Which looks better is highly subjective. Do bezels bother you?
